This allergy blend is made with Goldenrod and Stinging Nettle. I prefer to make single herb tinctures first and then blend them together as needed. The reason for this is that herbs have different herb to alcohol ratios and it is easier to control the potency of your tinctures by making single herb tinctures.

Goldenrod’s antiallergic, anti-inflammatory, and diuretic properties are beneficial for allergy control.

Stinging Nettle’s anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, and antihistamine properties are excellent for knocking down inflammation that happens in allergic reactions.
