Inflammation is responsible for every single disease known to man. It’s also responsible for most types of chronic pain. With underlying extreme and chronic inflammation, it’s impossible to find healing. There are many herbs with the anti-inflammatory property, and choosing the right combination of herbs will depend on what your inflammation is from. This herbal tincture blend is supportive of the musculoskeletal system, gastrointestinal tract, respiratory system, circulatory system, and liver.
These herbs work together to help the body reduce excess inflammation:
- Turmeric
- Ginger
- Black Peppercorn
- Stinging Nettle
When you are blending tinctures, it’s important to start with single herb tinctures you have already made. It’s better to blend single herb tinctures than it is to have a bunch of herbs all infused together in the same bottle at the same time.
