Lymphatic Support Tincture

In this lymphatic support tincture, we’re encouraging healthy flow of the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system plays a very important role in removing waste and toxins that are built up in the body. It plays a vital role in the immune system and maintains fluid balance throughout various tissues. Occasionally cleansing the lymphatic system can help your body to release built-up toxins and speed up the flow of lymphatic fluid.

Here are 3 of the best herbs to support the lymphatic system:

  • Cleavers (Galium aparine)- Made popular for its lymphatic tonic properties. It stimulates lymphatic circulation and works hard to help the body purge toxins and eliminate through the kidneys.
  • Red Clover (Trifolium pratense)- Aids in the elimination of waste and toxins from the bloodstream and supports lymphatic circulation. Supports healthy hormone function as well.
  • Burdock (Arctium lappa)- Aids in the elimination of waste and toxins from the bloodstream and supports lymphatic circulation.

When you are blending tinctures, it’s important to start with single herb tinctures you have already made. It’s better to blend single herb tinctures than it is to have a bunch of herbs all infused together in the same bottle at the same time.
