Light, floral, and naturally sweet, with a citrusy lift and a calming heart.
Not every herbal tea needs a strong kick of spice or a big bold flavor. Sometimes, what you want is something gentle. Something light. Something that feels like an exhale after a long day.
That’s what Sweet Sippers is for.
It’s a naturally sweet herbal tea blend that’s calming, uplifting, and full of flavor, without needing a single drop of honey. It’s delicious as a hot tea, refreshing as an iced tea, and makes an amazing base for an herbal mocktail (just add sparkling water and a sliver of citrus).
Let’s talk about what’s in it and why each herb earned a spot in this comforting little cup.
Lemon Balm
There’s a reason lemon balm shows up in so many calming blends…it works. It supports the nervous system, eases anxiety, and helps the body release stress. It also supports digestion and cognitive function, making it a great everyday herb.
Tulsi (Holy Basil)
Tulsi adds an adaptogenic backbone to this recipe. It helps the body adapt to stress and find balance, whether you’re physically drained or emotionally overwhelmed. It has a slightly sweet, warming, and clove-like taste that deepens the flavor of this blend without making it heavy.
It also supports respiratory health, boosts mood, and gently stimulates circulation. Tulsi is one of those herbs that meets you where you’re at and helps carry the load.
Rose
Rose is more than just a pretty face. These petals support the heart and emotional body, especially during times of grief, overwhelm, or emotional burnout. Rose is cooling, slightly astringent, and has a subtle floral note that smooths out the edges of stronger herbs.
Plus, they’re rich in antioxidants and are traditionally used to support the skin and heart.
Stevia Leaf
This is the magic that makes Sweet Sippers live up to its name without sugar, honey, or syrups. Stevia leaf (the whole herb, not the ultra-processed white powder) is incredibly sweet, and you only need a little to lift the entire blend.
Stevia also has mild blood sugar balancing properties and can help reduce sugar cravings. It gives the tea that sweet, satisfying finish.
Turn It Into A Mocktail
This blend isn’t just a tea recipe…it’s an incredible mocktail base. Just steep it strong, let it chill, and mix it with:
Sparkling water
A slice of lemon or lime
Optional: a sprig of mint or a splash of fresh citrus juice for extra zing
It’s refreshing, sweet, and feels a little fancy without needing alcohol or sugar. Perfect for summer sipping and evening unwinding.
